This extremely unusual spirit is made from the discarded whey in cheese production. The cheese coming from Valais Blacknose sheep.
The company’s founders, Tim and Tanya Spittle, are currently planning an upcoming distillery and farm in Paris, Kentucky, about 20 miles northeast of Lexington.
